The System Performance Report was submitted to HUD in August, and is available for review here. The time period of the report is 10/1/14 – 9/30/15, and includes all projects that serve homeless clients in HMIS, regardless of the funding source. Some highlights from the report:
- Average LOS for ES projects is 36 days.
- Average LOS for ES & TH projects is 118 days.
- Returns to Homelessness within 2 years of PH exit from all project types is 11%.
- Change in total income for CoC funded leavers is 49%.
- Successful exits for SO projects is 4%.
- PH exits for ES, TH, and RRH projects is 39%.
