Welcome to the OC HMIS Reports page! Orange County participates in and creates reports for audiences including the general public, OC homelessness service agency staff, the OC Continuum of Care (CoC) Board, the County of Orange, the OC Board of Supervisors, and the United States Congress.

Please read the brief descriptions of each report category below to find the type of information included in each report, then click on the title of the report that fits your needs:

CoC-Level Data – Information encompassing the majority of homelessness service agencies in Orange County. These reports do not include individual agency or project level data.

Project-Level Data – Information that is drilled down to the individual agency and/or project level.

Housing Inventory – Information on how many beds and units are dedicated to clients experiencing homelessness in Orange County.

Client Demographics – Information about the clients who access homelessness related services from agencies that participate in the Orange County Homeless Management Information System (HMIS).

Data Quality – Information on the quality of the data that is entered into the Orange County HMIS by participating agency staff.

Performance – Information on the performance of individual agencies or projects, project types, or the CoC as a whole.
