  • Goal 8 – Help Clients Exit to Successful Housing Situations
  • Goal 10 – Ensure Clients Do Not Fall Back Into Homelessness after being Housed
    • Updated threshold for Street Outreach is <=10%
  • Goal 11 – Receive Referrals from the Coordinated Entry System
    • New threshold for PSH/OPH and Rapid Re-Housing is 100%
  • Goal 12 – Limit the Referrals from the Coordinated Entry System that are Denied by Housing Providers
    • New threshold for PSH/OPH and Rapid Re-Housing is <=40%
  • Goal 13 – Accept Matches from the Coordinated Entry System Quickly
    • New threshold for PSH/OPH is <=45 days

New HUD Resource: Disposition and Recordkeeping Requirements Using ESG-CV or ESG Funds

The emergence of the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) calls for enhanced cooperation between public health authorities, homeless service systems, and other partners at the local level. To support these partnerships and the vulnerable households served, HUD and its partners are issuing guidance from subject matter experts on best practices and lessons learned.

HUD has released the following new resource regarding the Disposition and Recordkeeping Requirements When Using ESG-CV or ESG Funds to Purchase Furniture or Household Furnishings
