HUD sent an email on August 12, 2016, reminding ESG and CoC funded applicable programs (Outreach, ES, TH, and ESG funded RRH) may not turn away undocumented immigrants experiencing homelessness, domestic violence, or human trafficking on the basis of their immigration status.
