Our vendor BitFocus will be updating the live Clarity site with Multi Factor Authentication on July 23rd. The multi factor authentication is a mandatory setting for all users and you will be using this method to log into Clarity moving forward for both the Training and live sites.
The Multi Factor Authentication is a secure process for logging into HMIS. It is very similar to how you would log into a secure website such as your banking website.
