Below are graphs organized by project type that show the average number of days taken to enter project entry data into HMIS for each project. HMIS’ Data Timeliness rule is 3 (calendar) days, which means that all project entry data needs to be entered into HMIS within three days of it occurring.
Note: There was a few days during this quarter when street outreach and emergency shelter projects could not enroll clients into HMIS, and therefore their average data timeliness may be longer due to this issue.
