The report cards below are grouped by project type, and only include enrollments with a start date during the reporting period. The charts represent the percentage of clients that were enrolled in each project and were referred to the project through the Coordinated Entry System. Tables with the raw data used for these report cards are available beneath each chart. Clients were determined to be referred from the Coordinated Entry System if the ‘Referred from CES’ question in HMIS was marked ‘Yes’.
Projects with an asterisk (*) receive ESG and/or CoC funding, and are required to participate in the Coordinated Entry System.
